Help with an order
Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For a product question, include the product name or a link and the size or colour you are considering.
If you need to request an order change, contact us as soon as possible. We will check whether the change is still possible; changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being produced or dispatched.
Sizing and product information
Compare the chart in the product description with a similar garment laid flat. Measurements, materials and care requirements vary by garment. If a detail is missing, ask us before ordering.
Delivery and returns
